Even my sellers were surprised that how I managed to achieve their Asking Price and transacted ๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ฅ $๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ than other similar units in their area (Jurong West)
This was achieved through a ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ aggressive ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ Digital marketing which I will just target on those people who are only keen in EA unit in Jurong West. With a ๐ฆ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐๐-๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ง๐๐ audience, I managed to effectively filter those buyers who are keen and willing to pay more than the average market price.
