✅ LOW Floor unit 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 in next block.
Mr and Mrs Lim have never expected this as all along they thought with their unit facing Carpark and Low Floor, they will face numerous challenges. True enough, there are only a few viewings and the main rejection is that the unit is FACING the carpark. But instead of focusing on the Main rejection, I turn my attention to 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗾𝗶𝘂𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆. With that, for the next viewing, I managed to convince the Buyer to choose my client’s unit over the rest of the units that are available in the highly competitive HDB cluster which there are many properties have reached their MOP.
Through this, I have truly understand in a much in-depth dimension that Selling a Property is not just about Price, price and price. 😊 In fact, it encompasses a wide spectrum of the individual 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 Character, your 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 and your 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 with both your Sellers and Buyers.
With that, I am glad that I have truly helped a Couple whom I have known them for almost 1 year (Get to know that through my 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻) to progress their next property which I have also successfully helped them for their next purchase which is a Landed Unblock view Private Condo.
